It is not legal advice, and it cannot account for the facts of your particular situation. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything here without taking advice on your own case.

No lawyer–client relationship

Reading this site, or sending us an enquiry through it, does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have confirmed we can act for you, any conflict checks are complete, and an engagement is agreed in writing.

Regulatory information

Restitora is a Turkish law practice; its lawyers are admitted to practise in Türkiye and are subject to the Attorneys Act (Avukatlık Kanunu) and the rules of their bar association. This website is intended as permitted professional information, not as advertising or solicitation. Privacy & your data

When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to send (such as your name, email, country and a description of your enquiry) so that we can assess it and reply. We use this information only for that purpose and for any engagement that follows.

  • Lawful basis & rights. We handle personal data in line with Turkish data-protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to certain uses.
  • Confidentiality. Enquiries are treated as confidential, subject to our professional duties.
  • Retention. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above or as the law requires.
  • Contact. For any data request, email hello@restitora.com.
